We’re Bound for the Promised Land
At last, we’re heading up from the south!
When Moses and the Hebrew children headed toward Canaan, they headed around to the east of the Jordan River and entered across from Jericho. We’re taking a more direct route.
One of our stops today included the amazing Makhtesh Ramon. In fact, the Hebrew term makhtesh means, “mortar,” like a “bowl.” For that reason, some call the Makhtesh Ramon the “Super Bowl” of Israel.
